Ive seen online that people are saying you can run your car on HHO water by buying a guide and the hardware. Does it actually work or is it a Hoax, I wanted to try to for the longest time but if it didnt work and water got into the engine then that would cause a big diaster. Please help

HHO (2 Hydrogen + 1 Oxygen) so it could be possible but I would never try it and if it was 100% true, dont you think that everyone and I mean everyone would be doing it.
