You can’t run YOUR [ normal internal combustion engine ] car on water ! There are experimental engines which can run on hydrogen, which is extracted from water, but there is no ‘kit’ to change your engine to that !!

You are talking about those water injection systems. They supposedly will reduce intake temperatures and thus increase fuel economy.
These systems are complete garbage, do not under any circumstances purchase these kits. The best way to think about these things is if they are so good than why don’t the automakers install them at the factory. All of these products that supposedly give your vehicle massive fuel economy boosts are fake.
