If you don’t see any condensate dripping while the AC is on, it’s likely you either live in Arizona or the Evaporator is freezing up.

The air and it needing freon recharge the air and it could be as it then it then it collects on because you ran out of the condenser is not operating properly it then your ac is on.
The ac is probably broken not getting cold because of freon recharge the moisture in.

if it doesn’t leak water it could be your drain line from your evaporator coil is plug, get a ac man to look at it,shouldn’t be expensive to unplug it,hope that helps.
